About the coaches:
Béatrice Nieddu Samson
She started her expatriation in New York with the Rotary Club at the age of 17, then ended up in Great Britain studying sociology. After obtaining 2 master’s degrees (in sociology and in HR) she built up a career in human resources in the past 20 years. With plenty of experience working for international companies, she encountered many problems related to international management and professional integration among expatriates. She has spent 3 years in Romania with her family before settling in Lyon.

Anouch Osmandjian
She lived in Lyon as a teenager and young adult, studied at EM Lyon before continuing with other various trainings in collective intelligence and change management. She started her career 20 years ago at EDF and Renault and built up an international experience by working on various projects and taking management positions in the Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, HR departments. She also works as an internal coach of professional reorientation at Albéa as well as teaches professional project identification courses at the university.
