Start your Sunday with a stretch in the park and then stay with us for a little relaxation and picnic later :)

Pilates (beginner) 10:30 - 11:30

Picnic 11:45 - 14h

For the Pilates (the course will be in French):

Meeting point: 10:20 at Porte des Enfants at Parc Tete d'Or 

Bring your own yogamat, a bottle of water and wear comfortable sports clothing.

For the Picnic:

Meeting point for the picnic: 11:45 Porte des enfants, parc Tete d'Or

You can also join us for only the picnic part (free and open to all) or stay with us after the Pilates class. Please bring your own food and drinks.
