You're invited to join us for a nourishing workshop to healthily feed your whole body. We'll start off with yoga to energise and revitalise led by Nina in her new studio in Parc de la tête d'Or.
Sarah will introduce to you an ancient technique of preserving food through fermentation that's growing in popularity due to its numerous health benefits.
You'll discover how to make your own fermented vegetables that help to keep your heart healthy, aid digestion and boost immunity. You'll even take your own jar home with you!
A delicious brunch will be served and prepared by nutrition expert Sarah with delicious gluten-free, plant-based and vegan options. All you need to do is bring your own jar! See you there.
