Networking time in Momento, a nice coffeehouse: 3:30pm-4:30pm (with one drink included)

Participation fee €20 (with the drink included).

Equipment: You can bring your own mat if you don't have, it can be provided.

About the teacher, Nina.

After living in Thailand for 12 years she has benefited from learning yoga with some incredibly knowledgeable teachers across Asia; from lndia to Vietnam, Bali to Sri Lanka and of course Thailand. Her Eastern approach to yoga emphasises 'being' rather than 'doing'. She is a 500 hours qualified yoga teacher as well as being a professional teacher for 14 years. She will able to properly guide you through your practice or even kick start you in the right way if you are new on your yoga journey.

Originally from northern England, she left behind the chaos of Bangkok for the delightful charm of Lyon.
