Aromatherapy is a great way of taking care of our health by using essential oils. However, between books and websites contracting themselves, it is hard to find true information.

This workshop aims to present you a guide of the good uses of aromatherapy, in order to take advantage of all its benefits and stay away from its dangers.

✹ Mandala drawing - workshop

Relax and freely express your emotions by drawing a Mandala.

Thanks to a secure circle structure, express your arrival in Lyon with colors and key words. Each piece of the Mandala represents a moment of your new life in this new city.

This experience is for you, only for you, so be true with yourself and express the good but also the bad moments.

Finally, around your drawing write your “motto” for the next part of your Lyon’s adventure! You will be able to use, watch again or even complete your drawing in the next month/years.

✹ Interactive Talking circle: "Finding my place in my new life"

Lately, everything in your life is quite new. New city, new atmosphere, new habits, new people, new food, etc. But actually, “Life” is new every day! Sometimes it can feel disorienting, stressful, confusing. But depending on how we decide to see our world, we can create our life according to what is really important for us.

Let’s have a convivial and simple time together by sharing our difficulties and good moments. Find out suggestions to attach more importance to yourself.

During this talking circle, listen to yourself, allow you to be who you are with no filter and welcome the others the same way.
