During the first lockdown, our community loved doing online yoga courses, so we thought we give it another go!

Join us on Monday evening after work for a 60 minute trial yoga class in English with Gerone.

She is from the Philippines, but lives here in Lyon as an expat, just like you. All you need is some comfortable clothing and a yoga mat or towel.
